Surely another level of bureaucracy and another unnecessary pay packet. (Unless of course any of the candidates are QUALIFIED in housing and transport planning?)<\/p>\n<p>I watched with interest the candidates on Sunday interviewed by David Garmston, surely an independent mayor should be above party politics?
